Feasibility Studies and Options Appraisals

Often the first major undertaking when considering taking on an historic building either as a private owner, developer or as a Building Preservation Trust is to commission a feasibility study. This takes the form of a preliminary assessment to establish the likely cost of one or more potential options, the viability of the project and the likely opportunities and obstacles. In short it provides the information necessary to decide whether to pursue a project.
